Issue

After you apply a layer style to any object in Photoshop Elements 6.0, when you select the Move tool, the arrow keys will not nudge(move) the object.

Reason

Solution

There are two potential workarounds for this issue:

1. With the Nudge(move) tool selected, click and drag on the object to move it.
2. Close Photoshop Elements 6.0 and then reopen the application and your file. As long as you do not apply new Layerstyles, the Nudge(move) tool will work with the arrow keys on the keyboard.
